Your data, handled honestly.
We're a trust company — so we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated. This notice covers the early-access list. We'll publish a fuller policy before we open accounts or handle any identity documents.
Who we are
JEKASE Investments Ltd, a Rwanda-registered company holding an RDB investment certificate. For any data question, contact us at privacy@jekase.com.
What we collect, and why
When you join the early list we collect only what you choose to give us:
- Your email (required) — so we can tell you when we open and reply to you.
- Your name and region (optional) — to address you properly and shape where we open first.
- Your plans — budget, goal, timeline, fee tolerance, concerns (optional) — so we build the right thing first. Every one of these is optional.
- How you found us (automatically) — the referral source in the link you clicked, so we learn which channels reach people like you. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels.
Our lawful basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it anytime — every email we send will have a one-click unsubscribe, or just reply and ask. We use your details only to contact you about JEKASE; we never sell or share them, and we don't send your data outside our service providers needed to email you.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we've clearly stopped pursuing the early-access programme — whichever comes first. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it, at any time — email privacy@jekase.com and we'll act on it. If you're in the EU/UK and unhappy with how we respond, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
One promise that matters
JEKASE will never ask you for payment, bank details, or money over email or WhatsApp. Anything that does is not from us.
